Guarantee
We are confident that you will be very happy with our product. However, if you should receive a faulty or an incorrect puzzle then please contact us immediately to organise a replacement.

Returns
As each puzzle is made to order, we cannot accept order cancellations or refunds for our products.

Payment
We accept cheques, bank drafts and Postal Orders from Ireland and UK. We also offer online credit card payment facility through PayPal.

Delivery
We aim to have your jigsaw dispatched by mail, 2 days after receiving you order. We use An Post´s standard postal service. Please allow up to a maximum of 2 weeks delivery time. Contact us if you require more urgent delivery
