Q. How long will it take before I receive my jigsaw?
Allow up to 14 days for delivery, however in many cases it is much sooner than this. Please contact us for more urgent delivery.

Q. Are the jigsaws mass-produced?
No, each jigsaw is individually printed out and cut to order.

Q. How are the jigsaws packaged?
The A3 and A4 jigsaws come unassembled in a smart presentation box. The 9 piece jigsaw comes assembled with a presentation bag.

Q. Do you put the image on the front of the box for your photo jigsaws ?
No, we include a print of the image as an insert inside the box. This gives the customer the option of removing it before giving the puzzle to the receiver.

Q. How many words can I have in my photo jigsaw caption and am I charged for it?
Your caption can be up to 500 characters in length. There is no extra cost for this.

Q. What are my payment options?
We accept cheques, bank drafts and postal orders from Ireland and UK. We also accept online credit card payment through PayPal.

Q. How are the orders delivered?
We deliver our jigsaws using An Post's Standard Postal service. Please contact us for more urgent deliveries

Q. Is the photo jigsaw print quality good?
Yes, we use industry-leading inkjet printing technology to deliver a professional photographic finish. We use the manufacturers premium media and ink supplies.

Q. How robust is the print finish?
Our print finish is suitable for normal handling, however it is not waterfast. The ink will smudge/run when in contact with water or a damp cloth.

Q. Are there any restrictions on what images I can use ?
Yes, we do not accept images that are sexually explicit or offensive by nature. We reserve the right not to accept any images that we deem unsuitable.  Please contact us for more information if required.
